When people think of American sports in Kaiserslautern, the name “K-Town Bears” stands tall. Since 1990, we’ve been more than just a team—we’ve been a beacon of community spirit, dedicated to spreading the love of baseball throughout Kaiserslautern. As the first Kaiserslautern Baseball Club, we are proud to be ambassadors of this great American pastime in Germany, representing not just a sport, but a shared passion that unites us all.

Today, the K-Town Bears proudly compete in the Southwest German Baseball and Softball Association (SWBSV) with our youth baseball team and mixed softball team. But our vision extends far beyond where we are now. We dream of growing our membership, introducing a women’s softball team, and expanding our influence in the community. Our ultimate goal is to return to the top ranks of German baseball by rejoining the German Baseball and Softball Association (DBV).

To turn these dreams into reality, we need a dedicated baseball field—a place where our players can train, compete, and thrive.
